Report prepared as part of the coursework required for REL 167, Speaking Stones.
Description and interpretation of the monument to Hartwell Carver (1789 - 1875). It is a large statue placed at the top of a tall stone column, which makes it one of the most visible monuments in the cemetery. Includes a number of photos of the monument.
